Hello, World!

I've built many blogs, but somehow, I've never managed to start one of my own. I've dipped my toes into various forms of social media for many years, and always was left disappointed.

I thought the Fediverse would change my mind on that, but even hosting my own, I still found myself nervous about over-posting, or sharing incomplete thoughts or works. I suppose I really do, in the end, need a place that's really all mine. A place to post my thoughts, my art (finished and unfinished), reviews, and whatever else.

This is that place for now. I'll also be experimenting with Microformats2, and other really soft forms of opt-in social networking.
